By signing this document, you certify that you have the authority to approve this work and have the ability to pay for the work on or before the time of the first visit. You are also agreeing that you have read or had explained to you this document. The full payment for this contract is due at the time of the first visit. Any reoccuring charges will be processed on the anniversary date or fist payment date unless Cool Baby Air has been notified of cancellation in advance by email to alex@coolbabyac.com or by mail to 275 N Capen Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. This agreement is in no way a warranty against future failure or an assurance that system failures will not occur. The purchaser should be aware under Florida law, Cool Baby Air has the right to file a mechanics lien if paymnet is not made per the terms of this document. Cool Baby Air will maintain active licensure through the State of Florida as well as Workers Compensation Exemption and/or Insurance and 1 million+ in liability insurance for teh duration of this agreement.
